David Gold, PhD, is the Vice President of Corporate Development at ADAXION. He is an accomplished executive with nearly 20 years of expertise driving business development and shaping life sciences strategy. As the former Vice President of Business Development at Sonoma Biotherapeutics, David’s responsibilities included transactions, corporate strategy and competitive intelligence, playing a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission. Prior to Sonoma, David served as Senior Director in the Strategic Alliances group at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, where he led high-impact collaborations in oncology and cell therapy. His previous roles include business development positions at Adaptive Biotechnologies and Halozyme Therapeutics.

David began his professional career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company working with clients in healthcare. He received a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from the University of California, San Diego, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at the Salk Institute. He holds a B.S. in Cellular & Molecular Biology from the University of Washington.
