Jessica Field, Ph.D. serves as Senior Director of Early Development at ADAXION Therapeutics, bringing over 12 years of preclinical drug development experience in a variety of different modalities and clinical indications. With a strong foundation in pharmacology, toxicology, and regulatory strategy, Dr. Field has been a key driver behind multiple successful IND filings and FDA interactions having advanced several drug candidates from discovery through IND and into the clinic. Prior to joining ADAXION, Dr. Field held scientist and senior leadership roles at Cellics, Iconovir Bio, Kite Pharma, Amgen, and Seattle Genetics. As Principal of her consulting firm, Tui BioServices, Dr. Field has advised emerging biotech startups on preclinical development and IND readiness. Dr. Field holds a PhD in Biomedical Science from Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand.
