Ryan Michael serves as the Director of Finance and Operations at ADAXION, where he oversees the financial strategy, treasury management, and accounting functions. His career has spanned leadership roles across multiple industries including medical technology and devices, technology platforms and biotechnology. Ryan previously managed alliance collaborations between Poseida Therapeutics and Roche leading to a total deal value of up to US $1.5 billion. He also managed Poseida’s research collaboration with Takeda Pharmaceutical which focused on novel non-viral gene therapies. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University of Ohio.
