Sandra DePorter serves as the Senior Director of Discovery Biology at ADAXION Therapeutics and a founding team member behind ADAXION’s technology, first developed at Inception Therapeutics. At Inception, she served as Associate Director of Protein Engineering and contributed to multiple seed-stage companies, including Lycia, Belharra, and Light Horse Therapeutics. Previously, she was an Investigator at the Genomics Institute of the Novartis Research Foundation (GNF), where she focused on antibody conjugates for immuno-oncology indications. Sandra completed a joint postdoctoral fellowship in bioengineering and cardiovascular medicine at Stanford and holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Ph.D. in chemistry from Colorado State University.
